Contact details out of date on website/call centre

I had a billing query so called 0860 100 553 the number listed on the account and website. on calling got a message saying the number had changed and to call 10215.
guess what/ another message to say number had changed and to call 10210.
eventually called that number and after 10 minutes of listening to arbitrary messages and advertising from telkom, i put the phone down. all the time hearing that cell phone rates are being charged.
very poor service.
