FOURIE SIKWENYIYA INC send me a threatening about a TELKOM account (the account was about rent TELKOM charged after my contract expired. I have written proof and a ref number to proof that I closed my account with TELKOM).
I explained the situation and FOURIE SIKWENYIYA INC promised that they will inveastigate the situation. I received one follow up phone call, but the was still waiting for further information, when I received another threat from FOURIE SIKWENYIYA INC: FINAL WARNING TELKOM PMNT R1171.50 DUE IMM, TO BE REMOVED FROM ITC & a bank acc number.
I contact manager Benita who said that although TELKOM passed a credit, I am listed on ITC and that I need to pay R1171.50 plus R850 to be removed. She also apologized that the FINAL WARNING message was not meant for me, but just a BULK message to thousands of people (poor victims).
I informed the manager that I will take action against the harassment, intimidation and misrepresentation.
A few minutes later another employee phoned & apologized: I am not listed and therefore I don't need to pay the R850, only the rest. I have all the documentation to proof it.
Within minutes I received a message: PLEASE IGNORE FINAL DEMAND
