I have changed my inContact cell number online at FNB's website. The Web site correctly displays and accepts new number, but guess what... the inContact text messages keeps on going to my old number!!! I did this on 4 occasions without success. Finally, I called the helpline and after a really rigorous screening session, I was assisted. Just to find out the very next day------ guess what??? Yes, you are right... My inContact sms text messages are still going to my old number!!! - does FNB like to waste my time!!! Come on FNB It's not rocket science!!! Why do you offer this service on your website if it does not work??? Why waste my time on the phone for more than 30 minutes to do this and it still does not work???
