I have been trying to get in contact with Telkom at Longbeach Mall for 2 days now and everytime I call it just rings and then goes to voicemail. I have left 3 messages and had no call back. I then called the Mall Centre Management and they gave me an alternative number but I get the same response when calling that number. It is so bad that the first number I called now says the message box is full. I have spoken to a few people now and they all say "good luck" when they hear I am wanting to call Longbeach Telkom office. I think this is very poor service and very bad for business as it means they could be losing customers who call that are interested in a product.
