Not a good place to start

I'm looking to change my business banking. I had a look at your website, especially needing information on the rates you pay on business call deposit accounts. The information does not seem to be readily available there. I then phoned the call centre number as displayed (0860 111 055) but there was no option I could select to gain the information nor was there an option to speak to an operator. I put the pone down. Then I went back to the website and got the number for Gerard Henning, regional business head, Pretoria (012 366 2123). Guess what? The number no longer exists and the recorded message just informed me - 'The new number is not available, good buy! ' I laughed and put the phone down. My bank might not pay the highest interest rate but at least they are reachable.
