I had a near perfect ADSL line, I ran into some tech issue and it was all downhill from there. I eventually emailed Ms Pinky Moholi then CEO who sorted stuff out. Wait what? it happened again? "Congestion" they call it, it's like a turd that CANNOT flush! Open call since July last year with ref numbers: 102ARK240412 and the more recent 148CRZ040114 (22ARK150713) NUMEROUS tweets between @TelkomZA and myself resulted in absolutely jack poop from them except for... you guessed it basically "CONGESTION" :)
Now... what I care to know is WHY does Telkom bombard their already "outdated" DSLAMS with more customers knowing full well that it cannot cope with the load and I, a long standing ADSL customer must suffer due to greedy business ethics?
Also no one else at telkom except for a cute sounding girl called Alida from bloem branch were able to tell me that TELKOM converted my ADSL line into a normal phone line, I kinda believe her with the speeds I am getting.
Telkom, You advertised and I bought in, fix it now cause March is not good enough for me?
