My Phone was Soft locked for no reason. I do not have a limit on my Talk 500 contract, and 4 different call centre told me that there is a limit on my contract. When I spoke to the supervisor he also told me that I have a limit. I asked for afrikaans speaking employee and he said that there has been a mistake from them and that there shouldn't be a limit and that he will fix it, he said I should give him 10 to 15 min to phone me back. After 2 hours I phoned again asking for another afrikaans speaking employee and he said has been loaded as a fault and that there is nothing he could do and no one we can talk to about it.
My phone is still on soft lock and my clients keep calling me asking why I haven't phoned them. I can not order anything cause I can't phone out!
I would never in my life refer anyone to Vodacom and I'm changing my service provider to MTN!!!
