My contract billing date is the 10th of every month. This month on Saturday 11 Jan, I received my R200 value only with no 200mb internet bundle. I called the call center on Saturday morning, the agent tells me that my contract doesnt have an internet bundle!!! What a load of bull! My contract is only 8 months old! I called again in the evening, Inesh Reddy was more helpful with a reference number. I checked again this morning, Zanele tells me the turn around time is 2 to 24hours! I call again because I want to know what is going on and why I havent received my data and my 200sms!!! Can someone who knows what the heck is going on, sort this out because I am losing my patience! I have been with MTN since 2003! This is truly pathetic that I have to pay for my data when it should be free right now! Will I be re-imbursed by MTN for this? I seriously doubt it!!!
