Correct Data still not allocated, 4 months later!

I renewed my contract at MTN N1 city on the 19th October 2013.
Its the Sony Xperia Z1 on MTN Anytime 200 which included the following (X24 Months):
R200 Airtime
200 SMS
200MB Internet bundle
30 minutes MTN to MTN calls
150MB bonus internet bundle

I have not been allocated my 150mb Bonus internet bundle and my 30 minutes mtn to mtn calls does not work since the renewal!

I took the contract out with Lee Roy Minaar at the N1 city store, after promises that it will be fixed soon. Nothing happens

Calling the N1 city store on 083 869 1475 does not help either, no one answers the phone!!!

i called 808 a few times and they told me that the store needs to sort it out.

Its really pathetic service after being with mtn for about 12 years now!!!
