New contract not activated for over a month now

On 10 december I opened a contract. Got a nice new phone and thought everything will be fine. 2 weeks later i still could not make a call or sms or anything unless i recharged the phone. Went back and they assured me everything is fine and will be sorted. In the meantine they deducted 3 payments from my account totalling R1400 and still I had no service. Went on holiday came back 3 January 2014 and still nothing. Went back to the store and they PROMISED they will make it a priority to fix the problem. Today is the 11th of Jan and still nothing. This is disgraceful and unacceptable. I want this conrtract cancelled immediately and all my money returned. I will be visiting CELLC as I am sure their service is much better than Vodacom. I suggest that people wanting to get a new cell contract should avoid Vodacom if they want service.
