25/10.2013 I ordered my phone upgrade via the website. I received the Galaxy S4 on the 28th Oct. On the 30th I went into a local vodacom shop to have it connected. The phone keeps rebooting so much so that I cannot even key in my pin code. I went back to the vodacom outlet & they informed me that since I had ordered it online I need to contact them to return & receive a replacement. This I did. The first person I spoke to was Pheliswa. she informed me that the phone had not been activated & she would do so & call me back in an hours time. I eventually had to call back again & still the phone was rebooting. I then spoke to a gentleman called Eugene who was very helpful gave me a reference number & told me the phone would be collected the following week & replaced. It is now 2 weeks later. I still have no phone & no one has been to collect the faulty one. I phone or email almost every day & speak to a different person each time. I am appalled at the lack of service.
Yesterday I eventually received an email.which had been forwarded by Vuyokazi Giba saying that I would be contacted regarding the issue. I have to date still not heard a thing.
