THEY CANT CANCEL MY LINE!!! AFTER 2 TIMES!

Hey My name is Vaughn i phoned Telkom in November of 2013 to cancel my line i went thru the hole proses of waiting for 2 hours for some one to pic up finally the woman pickt up the phone i gave my id no sead i want to cancel my Telkom account and gave the reasons etc i did everything and in the time when the woman was processing the cancellation my cordless hand held phones battery stated to die there was not allot of battery left i askt the woman please phone me back on my cell no and gave it to her all she needed to do was to proses this cancellation she sead ok she will phone me right back. Ok i waited till today she never phoned. I went to my nearist brach to go and pay my account and guess what she never cancel it so i askt the guy that was there please do something he was helpful and email somebody about the situation and sead don't worry this will be canceld now and i don't have to pay the x amount ok left it there was happy its done now. Then guess what i again got a bludy email and sms confirming that i still have to pay the x amount now in jan it went up again! my acount still isent stoped this is bad sirves and lazynes from a company that is to lazy to train there staff
