Fighting just to rectify my account

Every month I have to call Nashua so that my internet cap can be renewed for the month. It takes a day or two and I have to call 3 or 4 times for them to even care. It slows down my business and I feel frustrated at the beginning of every month. The first chance I get I am moving, absolutely pathetic!
There might be one person who can help named Karyn. Only problem is that she is always busy, because she is the only one doing her job and everyone elses.
