Sick of Nashua Mobile Customer Service

I am so sick of having to call Nashua Mobile for my statement to be sent manually every month. this should be sent on the first each month without fail. Today I requested a statement for actual calls made in December as well as those in November which are part of the statement for 1 Jan and was told initially by Charl that this was an itemised statement which needed to be specially loaded. He also went off on a tangent saying that it was an extra charge of 11 rand for a re-issue of a statement after arguing that I receive theses every month or an invoice if the actual statement is not generated, he says that he sent both already! Maybe I get so stressed dealing with Nashua that I cannot communicate with them clearly. Or maybe their staff simply have no idea how to relate when one asks for something that does not appear on their cheat sheets!

Why is requesting a current statement a re-issue that needs to be charged for? Maybe the e-mailing issue of non-sent statements was corrected since my last call beginning December but I have been fighting this issue since inception with Nashua. I should have stayed with MTN. I dread my monthly call to Nashua.
