I bought an ipad through RMB and it came with a Cell C contract.
About 10 days ago they called me to say that they would recommend I go onto the cheaper option available through Cell C now, which is a special deal for R99. I accepted it and have received my sim card.
Unfortunately my previous sim is still active and I am therefore paying for 2 contracts now. I have tried to Contact Cell C customer service but either no one answers, or the call just drops. I have wasted so many hours trying to call them and I am not able to go to a branch during the day, due to the nature of my work.
I also should not be the one running around to "fix" problems that should not be made mine. If someone could please advise me. I have 1 ipad and 2 contracts. I need ONE closed urgently.
