So on 3 December 2013 they contacted me requesting my id number so that they could investigate why I threw my data sim into the rubish-bin as it was of absolutely no use to me because of the speed.
I immediately responded with my id number. La-la-la-la-laaaa still waiting for a response. It just goes to show people - STAY AWAY from CellC!!!
Now they will phone me AGAIN (probably the 10th time) to waste even more of my time regardless of the fact that I told them the ONLY way I want to speak with them is when they ask for my banking details so they can refund the close-to R 2000 they from me.
