Upgrade nightmare

Yesterday I enquired with the Upgrade dept regarding a pre-mature upgrade. According to Portia, i do qualify but i must go to a Vodacom Dealer. I asked Portia where does it state that i HAD to do the upgrade through a dealer. She couldnd tell me.

I did not agree with Portia, so i phoned again and spoke to Thembi. She said i do qualify and that i can do it over the phone. She took my details and the details of the package that i want to upgrade to. She said she will send me the documentation.

This morning, i still haven't received anything from Thembi. I phoned again, everything went smoothly until i was transferred back to the call center for no apparent reason. So, i had to phone again.

The lady that i spoke told me that i will have to pay fines when doing this upgrade. I asked her to point that out to me in the terms and conditions. She couldn't. She also kept confusing my upgrade, with a migration.

I have spoken to a total of four people without any progress in my application.
