Fed up!!

I'm getting frustrated day by day having sent my iPhone for the second time for repairs and told that it has passed two quality checks only to found out that the phone is even worse same problems as before and now the phone is heating which is a cause for concern. below email sent2 repairs

No one want to be taken for a ride and in this instance that is exactly what Repairs are doing, the first time I was told that the phone was installed with the latest software and it has passed quality checks to my dismay the phone was pathetic to say the least it froze, wi-fi is greyish and the internet connection was at the snail pace. Fast forward the phone was collected at midday and I was told that new software was installed and it have passed two quality checks guess what I'm still encountering the same problems can't on wi-fi it grey out and the phone a freezing again. I'm flabagasted by this and I'm left with no choice but to explore other avenue as no one is willing to assist me.
