I Called several times to get an Itemized billing statement that i pay for and after being sent from pillar to post it was sent to a wrong email address as if that wasn't enough i gave them another email they still spelled it wrong and again sent it to the wrong email, So its either they don't take their job serious or they just a bunch of, Excuse the pun really how does one get an email wrong when you have spelled it? Moving right along since this is a VAS that i am being billed for if i don't get my statement it s within my right to terminate my contract with Vodacom and consider MTN they not this bad
