My LG L5 doesn't keep the date and time as set. The first time it was sent away for repairs they reloaded the software and i had to wait 4 weeks. The problem wasn't resolved... then I was told it had to be sent away again. After another 4 weeks the problem STILL persists, and it turns out they tried another software reload. Why on earth would they do another software reload if it didn't work the first time?? and guess what, I've been told it has to be sent away AGAIN for ANOTHER 4 weeks!!! wonder if they're going to try the software reload again... I have never been so frustrated!! in the 2 months i was without a phone, the loan pone that i was given didn't last more than 1 hour before the battery dies, and when I suggested that they don't give that loan phone to other customers it was met with a "whatever" shrug... AND of course I lose my "free data" every time the phone is sent away for repairs as I don't have a device to use it!! aaarrrggggg!! feels to me that it has cost me more to switch to Cell C than the benefits they promise. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
