Good afternoon
I was the victim of cellphone cloning in 2012. Although I explained the situation to them, and subitted all the documents and Police statements, they still flagged me with the credit bureau, and reported me to debt collectors (BG&A). I am in the process of buying a car, and this is becomming a real problem. It is truelly sad that this is the way that Vodacom treats their clients.
