Hi,

My ISP told me that i am able to upgrade to the new 10Mbps package as my line has been upgraded but after 3 days of bad/low speeds when syncing only at about 1Mbps/2Mbps after the change (as i was on 4Mbps) with good speeds. Phoned Telkom and they assured me that i am capable of the 10Mbps and that they will load me to the new setting. Still unable to reach my original speed a Telkom tech was send and without any checking of the wiring or of the DSLAM, he just said I am on a 1Mbps line and left. I am also a technical worker and this type of service is bad. Lighting shot alot of our lines as well last year, Our exchange is RBDE02 and DLSAM location is in 10 Avenue. its been a week now and still no light at the end of this situation
