No response for requested lette

I was a victim of identiy at Vodacom in the month on April, nonetheless they solved the matter and cancelled the amount that was owing because of the account that was opened and I am happy and appreciate it. Now for the past six weeks I've been trying to get a letter that confiirms that I was a victim of and identity from Vodacom but till today I have'nt received that letter, I've called the customer line, e-mailed and even facebooked them, gave all details and also went to Vodashop but nothing. Please hellopeter help me to get the letter that confirms that I was a victim of that's all I need thanks.
