Paid accounts!!!

We were in the process of changing banks and knew there are going to problems with some of our debit orders so on the 24th of December we paid our Mtn accounts CASH, before the debit orders are due to go of.

Yesterday I bought a 24 hour access bundle thinking that while I cants sleep I can go on the net the whole night. Big was my surprise when after 12 last night my service was suspended!!!

After trying to phone them and giving up sins my service was suspended I went in and sorted it out as soon as they opened this morning. The account was sorted out after I had to hear I need to pay R12. Cause the debit order didn't go through.

You where paid. You seriously want to tell me that from the time we paid till now you could not pick up that you have been PAID!!! Plus its my problem that I paid for a 24 hour bundle I could not use cause Mtn doesn't do their jobs and suspend paid accounts.

Your 24 hour bundles gives enough problems I really don't need you to add to the problems. Just do you jobs properly.
