Since I started with PPS I have had problems with the service, but I stayed because the product is good. Changing from a student member to a professional member has been a headache of a new fashion!
From month 1 (April/May2013), when changing to full member, debit orders with the WRONG amounts, from the WRONG accounts on the WRONG dates have been going off.
For 3 months that was the case - even after phoning in and changing my details and checking the amounts BEFORE they were to be deducted. It went to such a point that my service was almost suspended due to the incompetence from PPS's side.
I paid the amount into PPS's account - then also finding out that the amount given by PPS was also WRONG!
Everything was supposed to be CORRECTED and in order to go off for August - but AGAIN the wrong amount was deducted on the wrong date!!
Now I am supposed to be happy with a "were so sorry" sms?
The money has been paid back, but not in one amount - its paid back as R21, R47, R127, R50, etc - REALLY?!
The service I have received from PPS lacks the quality that they promise and has been nothing but frustrating and pathetic to say the least.
