This is the second time i am having this problem with MTN, the account is in my husbands name and as he works shifts he is not always available so we have made it that i have signing power on all his accouonts. Sins we upgraded hi phone last year October we have had account problems. we have received very high accounts that they took on a debit order from our bank account, i have reversed it ever since and they refused to help me as the account is on my husbands name. we have made it so that he manage to speek to one of the staff there after i have reported on Hello Peter for them to stop the debit order and the incorrect charges that was just apearing on our account was reversed, the account i have paid every month after the incedent and now again our phones have been bared. when i called now the gentalman told me that my husband need to call them and the account has been suspended due to no payment as my debit orders are not going throw. Now i ask wher are they allocating the money that we are paying electronicly to them to as my account that they send only reflects the normal monthly amount. we have never had problems like this till the upgrade.
