Good day
After almost after 8 weeks that the mtn repair centre had my phone I had to go out and buy a new phone from game in order for my wife to have contact with the outside world this level off service is not acceptable if I had to give this level to my clients I would have been without a job I need the store manager to start the process off cancelling the contract due to lack off service not only will I cancel this contract mtn also lost a future client as I wanted to use mtn for my own contract and to use the mtn 3g dongles as a isp but after this I will never consider mtn as my service provider the only good service I got was from the store manager which gave me feedback and was always keeping me in the loop off things I am not blaming the store manager for the lack of service I am blaming the repair center which during the time had my phone also moved office so if the phone was damaged it happened during the time they moved the phone had no damage when we gave to the store manager water or otherwise as the repair centre already tried that excuse not to help me as they said the phone had water damage witch the store manager please escalate this
