Hi I have a contract with mtn blackberry q10 its my 3rd complaint on hello peter yet no one can help me still, the repair centre did tell me there was a sim reader problem and they could not help me they told I should send it in for a quote and I will be held responsible for the cost I then did do that, the repair centre automatically just changed the phone for me don't know why but they did. I went to the store to pick the new phone up it doesn't wana work the store told me they will send the phone in on monday 9-12-2013 its friday the store never contacted me I phoned the store they tell there's a courier problem, I call the repair centre they tell me there's no such courier problem and they have no record of the phone even the useless manager of the store can't even help me. Mtn if u do respond to this do something to help me not just comment. The ime number is 356760057537879 its a blackberry q10 I have been very patient but still no one can help me with my phone which I don't have for over 1month
