No feedback on extra charges

Please refer to my previous 2 messages sent on 2 Dec and 13 Dec. I received the standard generic response which means absolutely nothing (probably computer generated). I need feedback on why my call limit was moved to R650 without my consent causing extra, unwanted charges. Judging by the countless other complaints about Nashua Mobile, it seems that I made a big mistake choosing them as my cellular service provider.
