Im not quite sure where to start

My mobile has been taken to the same repair centre twice in a period of 10 days. The first report read faulty battery, the battery has been replaced but the mobile still does not go on.
When its returned its in working condition, until the battery is depleted and I am unable to charge it or switch it on. Ive tried numerous charges and methods.

I have been very civil, patient and polite with MTN, I have driven to Montague Gardens HVRC thrice in connection with the same problem and been without a phone for the time period.
The attitude in the call centre is pretentious and they have a 'we will get to you when we can attitude'. I need someone to contact me, to apologise, offer a solution or do something.

I have always been a Vodacom customer and have changed to MTN recently and there is absolutely no comparison in service. This hand set is not even 7mths old. I am so disappointed in the lack of service I want to cancel my contract.
