Refused to take ownership of what happend

I had a problem with my phone couldnt not insert it into the slot of the phone, went to mtn store during the month of december and was told to come back anytime from Jan as the technicians where on leave did that.went to wonderboom to book off my phone when she tried to she see when the problem isit got stacked, problem is she was using a sim card that didnt have the microchip inside, when we fill the form the she refused note it done explain that this is what happend, started to give me attitude didnt care more like she was doing me a favour.asked to speak to the store manager was not in only to be told by her that she is second in charge.i dont derserve the whole treatmentat all if your are not happy with your work do something not to let it out on us.
