Charging for Blackberyy BIS after a change to iPho

I changed my phone to an iPhone from a Blackberry 10 months ago. I have just checked my bill and I am still being charged for Blackberry BIS. This is totally unacceptable. I am being charged for a service I can't and obviously won't use.
