Put on credit bureau for Vodacom Direct's mistake!

Our report of the 2nd September posted on Hello Peter refers.

The matter has been attended to by Kim Thornton and the necessary money has been paid back into my son's account.

It however seems that the contract has still not yet been cancelled.

My son cannot obtain a Student Loan because Vodacom Direct has listed him as a bad payer for arrear installments. Where do you get THAT from? YOU deducted money from his account AFTER the contract has been cancelled which YOU eventually paid back to him, now you list HIM for arrear installments???

I need a formal letter which must be e-mailed through to me at [Email Removed] by no later that 15h00 on the 9th January 2014, wherein you confirm that he has been listed incorrectly and that no money is due and payable to you by him.

I also need proof that you will unlist him from what ever credit bureau you have listed him on before 09h00 on 10 January 2014.

I have sent e-mails through requesting the first letter but have received no response or feedback.

I will never ever recommend Vodacom Direct to any one!!
