On the 6th of january after speaking to customers service in regards to my account amounts differing and taking x3 the amount that my set contract is supposed to be, on requiest i send them the mail detailing whats heppening aswell statments and my contract to hopefully get the results faster.
so today after waiting about a month with no feedback, i phone customer care after staying on line for an hour they just drop the line, i then call vodacom in menlyn only to be told rudly there system is down they cant help me...
