Mtn not debiting my account and suspending my cell

I got samsung galaxy contract from mtn at campus square december 2012, the first debit order was 1 january2013 and it didnt go off, i called call centre on the 11-january they said it bounced but on my account theres no such debit order plus there was money available, i asked them to debit on the 14th january and samething happened i called untill i discovered that they have wrong banking details, i bank with standard bnk they have absa on their system.m afraid this will affect my credit record
