Slow service and terrible communicatio

Sent in my I phone 5 for repairs three weeks ago they said 7 to 14 working days and they had not communicated with me i had to call to find out when it will be ready and was told another 4 weeks i asked for a loan unit and was told no the service was bad and i'm not happy about this as i need my phone to be working asap i cannot be waiting 6 weeks for a phone to be repaired and i hope this gets rectified quickly

I am not impressed 6 weeks! please rectify this asap or i will be considering moving to another service provider
