They have had my phone for 11 weeks now. I took my phone in as 3 of the buttons had stppoed working, and was told it would take upto 6 weeks for repairs . 7 weeks later and 2 phone calls later I had to go into the shop to find out what is going on, was told they were waiting for parts.
After 10 weeks I was finally called for the first time and told my phone is back. I went in and there was still 1 button not working.
11 weeks later with not one returned call after leaving messages for Savanha I went into bayside again for the 4th time and was told she is off sick but Ria was in the back. Not once did Ria come out from the back to talk to me but relayed messages through one of the sales people.
The last thing I was told was that they need to find where Savanha put the phone as they could not get hold of her, and that as soon as they did I would be given a replacement phone by the monday.
Today the 18 March was that monday.
Once again I had to call and got hold of Savanha as she was back and I was told point blank I am lying and I was told they would only repair the phone.

So What Now Another 11 weeks without my phone.
