4 WEEKS WITHOUT A CELL PHONE

I bought a new phone from Vodacom and withing a day it was not working. I sent the phone to them and they said they are sending it for repairs. they said the repairs takes a maximum of 3 weeks and even now I am sitting without a phone. They are now telling me that the phone has been sent for Advances repairs. what is so strange is that they keep deducting the money while I am without the phone. This is so painful to me, they are not even calling or giving me any explanation I have to call them for me to find out if what is the problem. Vodacom service is so terrible I even blame my self why I bought the phone from them.
