I have called the Call Centre numerous times, I have personally been into the Virgin Mobile Store in
Canal Walk and to date no human intervention has assisted me with my STATEMENT Dispute for November 2013. I was overseas and never used my phone other than to sms or whatsapp. When Whatsapp'ing I inserted the Hotels WI-FI code to access the internet.
I returned home to an overusage line on my statement.
There was no invoice indicating the reason for the charge.
My dispute has not been resolved and my Bank Account automatically debited by the charge.
I feel that when you commit to a debit order, you have no control over the amount they can debit which is no security for the Account Holder.
Hopefully reporting this I will get a response from the Useless Supplie
