PATHETIC... DISAPPOINTED... ANNOYED... IRRITATED... @ VODACOM'S SERVICE

this email is to add to my previous complaint with regards to Vodacom. after all my calls made all my time waited on the phone and speaking to so many consultants i still have not received my refund for the unnecessary billing on a closed account.

i have now decided that if my money is not in my account i should rather email the consumers rights it might speed up the process.

it is enough that they have taken my money and i had to go and borrow cause of their inconvenience and to top my account went into arrears which makes me look bad.

worst of all... beside the call and this response i have not had ONE CALL from them to apologies for the inconvenience.

THEIR SERVICE IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC!!!

SO I WANT MY MONEY AND SOON CAUSE THEY JUST SHOWED THEY HAVE NO APPRECIATION FOR THEIR CLIENTS WHO SUPPORT THERE BUSINESS>
WHEN YOU DONT PAY THEY WANT TO HUNT YOU DOWN BUT IF THEY ARE AT FAULT YOU JUST HAVE TO SIT BACK AND WAIT TILL THEY DO THEIR JOBS.
