I reported bad service from Vodacom at 15:57 on Tue 3 Sep on the hellopeter site and Vodacom responded by saying that someone will contact me. Some weeks later, I get 500mb of free data for my inconvenience and am told that my account will be credited, a million apologies, etc.
I waited and am still waiting for my refund. I replied to the agent who handled my query and he failed to respond or chooses not to. I called Inter-active (Vodacom service provider) and still no luck the agent says "I have escalated it" but never calls or emails me back with a status update.
Is this how serious Vodacom is about bad service? They can keep the money as charity. I won't be calling them back any time soon.
