Still Awaiting my Refund

I am still awaiting my refund from Vodacom for money they wrongfully deducted from my bank account.

I received an email from Eltino Martin who indicated the refund has been complete, but still I have not received my money back.

Funny how a company like Vodacom will almost take you to court for R5 but when they must pay the customer back the customer does not matter.

This is one of many complaints I have made about Vodacom and they simply just dont care.

Probably the most pathetic incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I will be closing all my accounts in April.
