Wrongful debit of my business account

My business account has been incorrectly debited for a vodacom cell phone contract for a year. The amount being /- R1800.00. I called the accounts department last year arround May and was told to fax through my bank statements as well as a recon of the illegal charges debited through my business account. (Call ref: 3842 387). I faxed through all documentation and still this matter has not been resolved.

My business account has been closed due to this and I have received a bad reference with standard bank.

I wish for this matter to be resolved asap and I am in the process of making it a legal matter!
