Fnb (The Grove) closed my business account without any notice. I got an SMS notifying that my card was cancelled but I was not warned about this.
Nobody from the branch called me to explain or notify that. As a small business owner I feel some consultation would have been proper.
The account was also removed from my Internet banking.
Hoping to have this matter resolved urgently as we are expecting payments to the made into that account ASAP.
