I have previously posted a query around these called vodacom who charge clients for things they didnt ask for.
I still haven't received any clarity around this and I am still waiting for someone who can make a decision to call me and resolve this issue and also pay back my money!!!
I hate bad service. Come on people it's not like you do your job for free!!! You get paid.
