I purchased airtime on Saturday, 4 January 2014.
I made 2 phonecalls that day, and when I tried to make the 3rd call, all my airtime was gone!!!
My problem is as follows:
1. Tried calling the customer care line - I inadvertently pressed the wrong number to be assisted in the language that I want - pressed number 3 for Xhosa... I am trying to get through to customer care, but the language is still in Xhosa - WHAT THE IS GOING ON???
2. How the heck can my airtime be gone this quickly???
Can someone please call me???
