Service that requires attention

I went to Nu metro in Century City on Saturday and we got to the cashier to purchase tickets for the movies in English we then asked the cashier what cards does Nu metro use to offer discount in English he looked at us as if he didn't understand what we where saying so my sister interpreted in Xhosa which he replied to as just Momentum in Xhosa and when I asked him if there was other to which he replied are you going to pay me in Xhosa, and as the transaction was in progress his colleague next to him spoke to him in English to which he replied back in English. I found this very rude as if she had no been there we would have struggled with a language barrier. For where this cinema is located I honestly would have thought that cashiers fist language would have been English as this is a centre that caters to diverse people.
