I have never had a problem with Cell C signal until I moved to my new house on the Bluff. The signal comes and goes and a lot of the time I don't receive calls or sms's until I leave my house and have been out for a while. This is my business number so it is costing me a lot of business and potentially a lot of money. My wife logged the fault in the Cell C shop and they said within 5 working days the issue will be resolved or I could cancel my contract at no cost. This was about 2 months ago, and we still haven't heard anything. I logged the fault again about a week ago and still nothing. I received a call from the Customer Care line today about my outstanding bill, I told the lady on the line I would NOT be paying until my issue was resolved. She was very rude and hostile and eventually hung up on me. I will not pay this bill until the issue is resolved and I will be cancelling my contract and NEVER giving Cell C business ever again. It's so cheap because all aspects of their company are the WORST.
