Yesterday i went to buy and received bad service as the cashier was rude and did not address me in a language i could understand. I asked for her to please clarify what she was saying but she gave me attitude and degraded me by saying she dislikes my kind of people which is Xhosa's. She said it in her language which is Tswana thinking i do not understand. I then asked to see the Supervisor (Mavis) and she came to the till and she said to the cashier CHOMIE don't treat customers like that and left and i felt that the issue was not addressed professionally, as she continued giving me attitude afterwards. i am very dissatisfied with the level of service i received.
