I went to jhb to change the account for electricity and water from previous owner to my name as am the current owner. I wasn't able told to come back the next week as my account was not billed. I went back this time an Indian lady helped and said she can't assist because I dont have a registration letter. She confirmed with this xhosa lady then she said am trying my luck. I got angry because she is accusing me instead of explaining. As the arguememt went on she said ndizakuqhekeza meaning I will tare you apart by beating you. The two indian ladies did not understand because of the language barrier. They indian lady said she wont help me and called security to escort me out of the premises. I tried explaining to her what the xhosa lady said, she did not want to hear impressing her colleagues. I was really humiliated. I went out and told the security to bring her out to show me what she said she will do.
